Terms of Service Level Agreement on Telecom-backed DSL Italy DSL ISPs on contracts in Wholesale:
times of on / off line: Up to 40 calendar days
Troubleshooting Timing: Within 32 hours of the alert (valid from ' January 8, 2008).
Clarification: The reports of failures are accepted from Monday 'Friday from 8:00 to 16:00 (weekdays except holidays).
Until January 7, 2008, apply the previous rules (no guarantee on the timing resolution of faults).
